The successful candidate will provide advice, technical expertise, and operational support to the IWFM leadership team and business implementation teams on various business support matters, including HR and workforce planning, procurement, and contract management. Additionally, you will initiate, support, and contribute to regular reporting on HR and business support functions, ensuring that submissions related to workforce planning, procurement, and contract management are accurate, timely, and properly signed off.
Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: Demonstrated understanding of and experience with business and administrative processes related to human resource management, travel, workplace health and safety, procurement, and contract management. Demonstrated ability to develop and provide expert analysis of human resource management reports to assist decision making, including using enterprise systems and software applications. Well-developed interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare very good quality written business communications. Demonstrated ability to be responsive and well-organised and to manage time and competing priorities effectively.
