12 months fixed term opportunity based in Geelong
In this Senior Business Banking Manager Broker role, you will:
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
Liaise with commercial brokers to manage customer relationships
Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities
Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in the local market
Prepare and submit customer lending proposals
What you will bring:
Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment, and control experience.
Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct, and compliance risk.
