In this Senior Business Banking Manager role, you will: Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners. Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts. Maintain and enhance your portfolio's credit risk profile while maximising profitability. Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio. Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion. What You'll Bring: A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager. Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills. Passionate about business development and credit risk management. Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services.
