Civic, Canberra ACT Full time Fixed term to December 2024 $112,116 – $136,696 + 15% super The Opportunity: Icon Water has two exciting opportunities for Senior Business Analysts to lead critical project activities in a large transformation program within our Finance and Strategy Branch. The Senior Business Analysts will deliver important transformation activities across key end to end process streams as part of the Icon Water Finance Transformation Program. Your day will involve: Lead the design and creation of future state projects policies and procedures and the associated control and reporting activities. Lead the development, cleansing, preparation and mapping of projects data required for the roll out of the new ERP system. Design and manage, interim processes required to transition current state projects to future state processes in the new ERP system. Design and map future state end to end business processes and create associated process documentation. Collaborating and liaising with function leads, subject matter experts (SMEs), and project teams. Support change management and communication activities associated with the finance transformation program. Support user acceptance testing activities including the development and review of test scripts as required. Support end user training activities including the development and review of training material as required. Support post go-live activities during the hyper care period, including troubleshooting and adjustment of policies and processes as required. Our ideal candidate will possess: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business (or similar) Membership of CPA or CAANZ (preferred) Relevant qualifications / certifications in business process improvement (preferred). At least 5 years' experience in roles with a requirement to; o design and map business processes and create associated process documentation o design and create finance related policies and procedures o analyse, prepare and manage financial data Experience in business transformation programs or activities (preferred). Experience in analysing complex process issues and information, combined with the ability to constructively engage with a diverse set of stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
