DutiesBased on in-depth research, analysis and stakeholder consultation identify, scope and recommend approaches to ensure HR Transformation (including HRIS implementation) achieves the objectives and appropriately supports the core business of Agencies.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and document complex business requirements, functional constraints and existing business processes and outputs.In conjunction with stakeholders develop and re-engineer policies and processes to ensure they align with contemporary HR practices and system functionality – including supporting change and business readiness activities.Prepare high level documentation, including analysis, recommendations and briefings, risk assessments, meeting papers and reports.Project manage initiatives to agreed timeframes and budgets ensuring appropriate stakeholders are engaged in the approval and testing process.The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.Desirable Requirements - Technical/professional expertiseUse technology to design innovative solutions.A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.Application ProcessElectronic submission of application is preferred, please click the blue 'Apply Now' button.
