You will form part of an Organisational Change Management (OCM) team to provide their expertise in managing and overseeing organisational change processes.
This role will require you to provide a structured and phased approach to change management to drive continuous improvement and delivery of services to a high standard.
Major Responsibilities Organisational change management practices to support iterative/agile working;Strategic business advice for common challenges, risks and opportunities within the Project team;Analysis to identify and document the scale and complexity of change and associated change management risks;Engagement and tailored communications with stakeholders and all parties impacted by the change;Establish and build relationships with the Project sponsors and key stakeholders;Build a culture of change with a high level of engagement and continuous improvement;Other taskings/activities as directed by the Commonwealth.
Skills and Experience
It is highly desirable that personnel nominated for the above roles have at least five (5) years of relevant experience and knowledge, and possess the initiative to work autonomously.
Personnel are expected to have experience working in, and the ability to operate effectively in complex ICT Projects.
Experience and qualifications in the following areas are also desirable:
Data Visualisation – PowerBI & Tableau;Atlassian Software – JIRA & Confluence;Microsoft Software – Project & Excel.
Security Requirements: Candidates require an active TSPV clearance, or have held a TSPV in the previous 12 months.
