As a Senior Agile Business Analyst, 12 month fixed term contract, you will
Work in one of the episode squads and serve as the primary liaison between Technology and Business end-usersWork with the business to analyse business requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for any new or change to technology applications and/or business processesWork with the Product Owners to refine the backlog of the team through prioritisation, estimation and decision makingSupport Developers, Analysts and Quality Engineers in understanding the requirements, so they can deliver on their commitmentsCapture requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies in collaboration with the squads that aligns with business requirementsPerform analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change) in order to articulate business need and solution requirementsDevelop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputsEnsure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time What you will bring: Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Agile Business Analyst role within Technology environmentProven analysis and delivery experience within complex environmentsExtensive experience working in an agile environmentCreativity and ability to simplify complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysisComfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change.Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and contentAbility to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnershipsProven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone
