Job Description Business Analysts at GROW support internal and external stakeholders to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.
Once the issue is clearly understood, they outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those requirements.
The role works closely with the broader transformation team to ensure the integrity, timeliness and quality of our project outcomes.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that an organisation's superannuation systems and processes are efficient, compliant, and effective in meeting the needs of stakeholders.
Qualifications At GROW, we believe that experience and passion matter more than just qualifications on paper.
However, to be successful in this role, we're ideally looking for experience as a Business Analyst working in Superannuation with:
Broad experience in contemporary project and delivery methods (such as Agile, SaFE, Hybrid, PMBOK) Proficiency with adopting relevant project management software and related tools including the Atlassian suite Industry experience in Superannuation Experience with complex multi-vendor programs or projects Technical Software Development background advantageous Strong understanding of operational and regulatory knowledge within superannuation Experience working on fund transition program of work/experience working on large program of work where multiple streams/multiple project managers involved We value diversity of thought and believe that everyone has the ability to make a difference here at GROW.
