It's an exciting time to be a Business Analyst at People First Bank! Our team of Business Analysts are at the forefront of shaping the creation of a new bank by working on concurrent exciting and complex projects across a multi divisional portfolios of work.
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce, to leverage on your extensive Salesforce expertise that will shape the future of our Customer Assist platform. As a key member of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive transformational projects that impact our members. This versatile role involves breaking down Epics into features and user stories, facilitating productive elaboration sessions, and leading or assisting with stand-ups as needed. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in the success of our initiatives and the continued evolution of the platform.
About you
A Salesforce Certified Business Analyst credential and any other Salesforce qualifications are essential for this role.
Additionally, your work history demonstrates:
Extensive experience in a Agile Senior Business Analyst roleExperience implementing Salesforce changes within a banking environmentAn ability to think analytically and maintain a high level of attention to detailExceptional communication skills that enable you to collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsAdaptability that allows you to successfully deliver in dynamic environments.
Candidates who have completed PRINCE2 qualifications and have knowledge of both Agile Business Analysis and BABOK will be highly regarded.
