Now, we're preparing to pioneer the next 50.We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work across all streams of our Risk and Compliance Program uplift.What is this role about?The role of the Senior Business Analyst is to analyze, interpret and document business and reporting requirements, lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to determine requirements, seek opportunities for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions that drive organizational success.The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following:Analyzing and synthesizing informationExtracting all reporting requirements for the program and developing appropriate reporting specificationsEliciting the actual needs of stakeholders, not simply their expressed desiresFacilitating communications between organizational business unitsAligning the needs of the business unit with the capabilities delivered by information technology (i.e., serve as the translator between those groups)Defining and validating solutions that meet business needsDriving technology and automation uplift through modern design principles and awareness of industry trends around DevOps and integration patternsHaving accountability for quality through the end-to-end delivery lifecycleWhat can you bring?More than 6 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the Financial Services sectorFamiliarity with the BABOK frameworkStrong skills with the Microsoft Office SuiteGood business planning, analytical and conceptual skillsCompetent with the Atlassian toolsetAlthough not required, any experience or knowledge in the following would be highly desirable:Experience within retail banking or paymentsPrior experience working as a Business Analyst within a Governance, Risk and Compliance team and/or program of workWhy Cuscal?We are in the rapidly evolving world of payments, and we are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace where the very best talent in Australia chooses to work.
