Senior Business Analyst RemediationJob Description At AustralianSuper, we truly care about our colleagues.We know work and life are intertwined.That's why we support the diverse needs of everyone and have policies that enable us all to thrive and be truly flexible.We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better oues for members.Your new role This 12 Month contract sits in our wider L1 risk andpliance team.It has been created to contribute to the design, development and embedding of a scalable, simple and repeatable approach to delivering appropriate and sustainable remediation oues for members and the Fund.These approaches and methods must amodate for the successful integration of uplifted processes or lessons learnt back into BAU and consider the role our third-party service providers in remediation activities.Ideally you will have deliveredplex remediations and know how to execute remediation end to end often through ambiguity.Key duties include but are not limited to: Write high quality remediation methodology documentation that is legible and executable by relevant subject matter experts.Document problem statements, consider the factors and present rmendations to stakeholders and deliver solutions.Define and table remediation andpensation methodology for decision ensuring it includes meticulously documenting rationale for decisions to evidence our requirements under RG277 and results in remediating our members honestly, efficiently, and fairly.Define and manage the end-to-end remediation project plan.Deliver high quality written and verbalmunication to various stakeholder levels.Develop, organise, prioritise, verify, and validate requirements.Perform data analysis to a sufficient level to triage methodology and either validate or identify anomalies.Analyse incidents to form a view on scoping, scheduling and capabilities to deliver to support the PM to author a funding request.Estimate effort and sequencing of own activities to support delivery schedule and identify impacts to other initiatives or capabilities to identify schedule issues.Collates and authors insightful reporting to the relevanternance fora with clear calls to action with a metricated view of success.Supports facilitation of human-centered design workshops to and documents the outputs to remove organizationalplexity and create a positive impact on Member.Confirms all key project deliverables are reviewed timely and creates traceability of requirements in line with sponsor acceptance.What you'll need Significant experience working on Remediation initiatives, defining remediation project plans and managing these from beginning to end.Previous experience in authoring remediation documents, such as Methodology,pensation methodology,munication and payments plan.Strong data analysis skills which include analysing, interpreting andmunicating results derived from data.Developed stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels of the Fund.Strong facilitation skills and capable management of group dynamics that lead to the effective facilitation, guidance and negotiation of successful oues.Ability to formulate reports and to provide well considered options for deliberation by management.Developed written and oralmunication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives, and issues to senior management.Previous experience with working in an agile environment and ability to break down work into manageable pieces and provide regular status updates.Life at AustralianSuper AustralianSuper ismitted to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.We offer generous leave entitlements and promote a blended working environment in which all roles can flex, and we're happy to discuss what this looks like for you.We aremitted to supporting our diverse workforce in a way that is inclusive and embraces diversity in all its forms.If you require any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process or the role, please let our recruitment team know.What's next Apply now, if you share our values of Energy, Integrity, Generosity of Spirit and Excellent Oues and would like the opportunity to work in a challenging, growing and rapidly evolving team to deliver outstanding results.Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency status is required.Progress powered by purpose.Job ID 300000241717036
