Our client is a Tier 1 client in the Financial Service sector.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Records Management and Lending to join their team.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to analyze, design, and implement solutions that improve and streamline our lending processes and records management systems.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, who is adept at working in complex environments and has a proven track record of successfully delivering business outcomes.
Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, particularly related to lending operations and records management.
Translate these requirements into clear, detailed, and actionable documentation.
Analyze existing lending and records management processes to identify inefficiencies or gaps.
Recommend improvements and support the implementation of process enhancements, focusing on compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Assist project managers by contributing to project scope, timelines, and resource planning.
Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Conduct data analysis to support business case development, regulatory reporting, and performance measurement for lending and records management processes.
Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors, facilitating communication to ensure alignment on requirements, expectations, and project goals.
Ensure that all records management and lending processes adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Work closely with compliance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust processes as needed.
Responsibilities 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on records management and lending.
Proven experience in lending and familiarity with records management best practices and tools.
Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the lending and records management sectors.
Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN).
Experience with records management systems and lending platforms; familiarity with document management and archiving software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
