We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in understanding and enhancing system operating processes to align with the program's goals.Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include• Engage with the SEQ operational teams and other stakeholders to analyse, document, and map current and future system operating processes and requirements.• Collaborate with the system integration team to ensure accurate and actionable delivery of operational insights.• Analyse and document transparent operational workflows and processes and develop clear and concise documentation, reports, and recommendations.• Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and alignment with new systems.• Apply and support the future state analysis to the testing and transition activities including troubleshooting issues and ensuring system readiness.• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various teams to gather insights and foster collaboration.About you• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an operational or transportation systems environment.
