Responsibilities: Apply your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyse, and optimise complex business processes within our client's organisation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to map current processes, identify pain points, and gather relevant data to drive process improvements. Lead and facilitate workshops to develop \"as is\" state and future state designs that align with the organisation's strategic goals. Utilise your skills in process mapping to create detailed process flow diagrams, highlighting key touchpoints, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks. Employ your strong analytical skills to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis. Independently drive process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring successful outcomes and measurable results. Act as a self-starter, proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and offering innovative solutions. Leverage your experience in heavy industries such as construction to bring industry-specific knowledge and perspective to process optimization efforts. Experience Construction of heavy industry experience is a MUST Ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders in an organisation Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement projects. Extensive experience in process mapping, process optimization, and future state design. Strong understanding of lean principles, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Previous experience in heavy industries such as construction, manufacturing, or similar sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in relevant software tools for process mapping and analysis. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
