Day-rate contract opportunity 6 Month initially - likely extension Several office choices around Melbourne Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing a robust subcontractor management platform that will enhance operational efficiency, improve partner relationships, and streamline processes.
About the Role As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing a scalable subcontractor management platform.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, analyze existing systems, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver a seamless, integrated platform solution.
A strong background in platform development and application integrations is essential, as you'll be responsible for ensuring the platform aligns with both business objectives and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough needs analysis, gathering and documenting requirements from key stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to design a scalable subcontractor management platform.
Lead workshops to gather insights and define functionalities that improve subcontractor management processes.
Develop integration strategies, ensuring smooth communication between the platform and other business applications.
Conduct gap analysis, identifying areas for improvement and recommending best-fit technology solutions.
Oversee testing, training, and rollout phases to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Skills and Experience Required Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in platform development.
Solid understanding of application integrations – experience in integrating multiple applications to build cohesive solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience within logistics or supply chain sectors is an advantage, though not essential.
