The Purpose:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our ambitious goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, industry, and external stakeholders, to define business requirements. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in developing innovative payment solutions and improving user experiences.
You will be responsible for: Data and Analytics Gather and define end-to-end product requirements, considering industry needs. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains Conduct detailed gap analysis of business processes, systems, and data Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Risk Management and Gap Analysis: Provide support for risk management activities. Documentation Document business requirements, processes, and feedback. Develop and maintain project documentation such as business requirements, functional and technical specifications, and user manuals Supporting product analysts in the development of collateral or documentation Team Working with product managers, product analysts and project managers Contributing to an environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and empowered In order for you to be successful in the role, you'll have: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the payments, payroll, superannuation or government Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with product management methodologies and tools Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks What's Next:
