You will be experienced in capturing and analysing "As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process models across large organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN), eliciting and documenting business and software requirement specifications and strong stakeholder engagement experience.Additionally, you will demonstrate:High level of knowledge of and the ability to provide advice on the application of appropriate business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 3.0 (BABOK).Experience working within blended Waterfall/Agile environments.Capability of business process improvement and or re-engineering, strong data analysis and the ability to support testing function when required.Ability to run workshops for both senior management and business users.Strong stakeholder / communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and work within a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders including mentoring other business analysts within the organisation.Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a project environment is essential.Don't miss out!
