Senior Business Analyst - Motor Claims Insurance

Demand increases for those with Insurance Claims experience.
We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts who enjoy working with stakeholders from senior executives to operations, risk and technology teams to deliver general insurance uplift initiatives.
This is a long term contract engagement with a hybrid working approach.
You will develop professionally and have exciting hands-on experience to address business focused customer programs, in addition to technology and system uplift initiatives against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape.
Experience required for this role include: 8+ years as a E2E Business Analyst with insurance experience Project exposure highly desirable across motor claims, reinsurance, policy, business, digital, pricing, data and business programs Conduct workshops and apply business analysis methodologies to identify and document requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, validate, and deliver business and technical requirements.
Map Business rules currently within the the current state software Assist with the development of business cases, including strategy, timelines, budgets, and vendor selection.
Facilitate workshops to gather insights and guide technology solution design.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the transition from projects to operations and ensure effective embedding of business changes.
What You'll Bring At least 5-8- years' experience and a track record of delivering customer project environment, preferably the insurance industry.
Automotive or insurance experience is valued.
Able to communicate well and build rapport with people at various levels of a business.
Requirements 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including As Is and To Be process mapping Proven ability to deliver business, functional, and technical requirements within complex environments.
Strong skills in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
Experience using tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence to drive collaboration.
Ability to manage ambiguity, work collaboratively, and maintain a strong quality orientation.
