Senior Business Analyst - Mortgages

Talenza has been engaged to source a Senior BA to join a mortgages program.Required experience:Business Analyst with 6+ years of business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, value chain/process mapping, system functional/non-functional analysis experience and business case preparation experiencePrior mortgages related project experienceProven experience in performing E2E business analysis tasks, from requirement gathering to solution implementationStrong facilitation and elicitation skills, with a track record of successfully conducting workshops and extracting critical insightsStrong and diverse experience in large projects, forming requirements, planning delivery milestones, user stories, process (re)engineering and creation/management of project artefactsStakeholder Management and Communication: Identify stakeholders and develop and maintain collaborative working relations; elicit and analyse business requirements involving participants from senior management to product and business usersAbility to manage own time, working independently and seeking guidance from others where required to meet specified objectives within given deadlinesDelivery following Scrum/Agile Ways of Working, including proficiency in related tools like Jira, Confluence.Location: Sydney, CBDRate: $900 + superCandidates must have full work rights for consideration.
