TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence
To tackle skill shortages in priority areas, TAFE NSW is launching the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (CoE), which is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement. The TAFE NSW Manufacturing CoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.
About the role
The Senior Business Analyst is accountable for the development of options, the quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial and non-financial data, contributing to the development of business cases, along with other analytical activities. Responsible for identifying and maintaining positive and constructive relationships within TAFE NSW and the wider stakeholder network to support the successful delivery of all CoE programs, this role will see you maintaining the integrated management of all projects, analytical data and information within the CoE portfolio.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Solutions focused, orientated to beneficial action, innovation, and creating and maintaining constructive relationships.
A high degree of organisation coupled with a willingness to source best practices and the ability to be self-managing are integral to assist the team in achieving positive outcomes.
Exceptional communicator adapting to varying stakeholders from executive to engineers, coupled with skills in building collaborative and outcomes focussed relationships.
Practical experience in requirements gathering, systems and process analysis, process design and process modelling with a strong understanding of the relationships between process components and the impact of change.
