In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving impactful change by delivering actionable insights, designing optimised processes, and supporting the implementation of transformation initiatives.
You will play a key role in ensuring our projects are aligned with our strategic goals, stakeholders are engaged, and our efforts are optimised for success.Key ResponsibilitiesClearly define business needs, opportunities, and user experiences to inform well-supported transformation initiatives.Streamline processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and align with future state objectives.Collaborate and co-create to ensure stakeholder needs are met and transformation efforts are embraced.Use data analysis to inform continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.Ensure transformation efforts adhere to organisational standards and compliance requirements.Foster a culture of continuous improvement through analysis and recommendations that deliver sustained transformation, growth, and innovation.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience in delivering transformation outcomes through business analysis and process improvement.The ability to deliver clear, actionable insights from complex data.Strong skills in building trust and alignment through effective stakeholder engagement.The ability to create and implement streamlined workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.Experience in facilitating smooth transitions with strong change management practices.Technical proficiency in tools like Visio, Power BI, or project management platforms.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies (preferred).Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA) (strongly preferred).Process Improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma) (preferred).Employee BenefitsAt Southern Cross Care (WA), we are committed to being an employer of choice.
