The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electricity distribution utility, particularly in customer processes related to new connections and modifications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document customer processes, focusing on new connections and modifications within the electricity distribution utility sector.Stay informed about the regulatory framework surrounding Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) in Australia, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards.Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and manage expectations across various interests and priorities.Develop clear and concise user stories to guide project development and ensure alignment with business objectives.Utilize tools such as JIRA for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and maintaining effective communication among team members.Conduct comprehensive process analysis and mapping to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize workflows.Lead requirements gathering sessions to capture business needs and translate them into actionable insights for the technical team.Create current state maps to understand existing processes and identify gaps that need to be addressed.Leverage domain knowledge to provide valuable support to the Solution Architect in defining and designing solutions that address business concerns.Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews to engage stakeholders and gather input for project initiatives.
