The role As the Senior Business Analyst, you will form part of a dynamic team that contributes to building DEMIRS into a high-performance innovative organisation through business needs analysis to identify key drivers for change and determine outcomes to resolve business challenges, improve productivity and performance across the Department.
You'll analyse and review business processes and define requirements for business systems, create user stories, undertake research and analysis to determine solution options, costings and feasibility along with providing detailed analysis, scope and benefits to assist with the development of business options, proposals and business cases.
In addition, you'll collaborate with relevant stakeholders while establishing appropriate expectations and business scope and maintain awareness of technical and industry developments.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months, from the date that the recruitment breach period has been finalised.
