Based at our Head Office in Mulgrave, you will manage the collation, validation, and traceability of business requirements for a complex new project kicking off in January, from initiation through to completion.Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Lead and guide the collection, validation, and documentation of business requirements that align with Daimler Truck Financial Service's strategic objectives.Shape and refine business requirements to maximize compatibility with COTS solutions and minimize customizations.Engage with stakeholders to evaluate legacy systems and processes, defining requirements that support current objectives and align with Daimler's long-term strategic vision.Conduct workshops and meetings to elicit and clarify requirements, aligning business processes with new systems.Work with business units to shape business processes that align with new system functionalities.Document and map current business processes when necessary.Assess the impact of process changes on the organizational structure and customer satisfaction.Develop high-quality documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), process flows, and user stories.Ensure that business requirements meet all legal, regulatory, and security standards across the NZ and AU markets.Collaborate with the change management team to drive adoption of new processes and mentor team members.Who we are looking for:The successful candidate will possess advanced BA methodologies and strong skills in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). You will be an analytical problem-solver and an excellent communicator.
