We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our ERP implementation and process optimization initiatives. This role is focused on the process side of transformation and requires expertise in process design, process engineering, and process mapping to support the seamless rollout of TechOne ERP.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management, with a background in finance serving as a bonus.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the successful implementation of the TechOne ERP system.Conduct detailed analysis and mapping of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and redesign.Develop future-state process models and ensure alignment with organizational goals and the ERP solution.Collaborate with project managers, end users, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable plans.Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture inputs, gain consensus, and drive process transformation.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business operations and improve system adoption.Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new processes and systems.Act as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.Required Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrated experience in process design, process engineering, and process mapping in business transformation projects.Experience with TechOne ERP is essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable insights.Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Background in finance processes or experience in finance-related transformation projects.Familiarity with change management principles and practices.Talented, committed, can-do individuals have always been the cornerstone of this dynamic organisation.
