The Qantas Group's main business is the transportation of customers and freight using two complementary airline brands — Qantas and Jetstar — operating regional, domestic, and international services.Job DescriptionWork on exciting projects across our Airline Experience or Digital & B2C Technology TeamsOpportunity to innovate and drive change through technology3 x Permanent, full-time (hybrid) Senior Business Analyst roles working at our Mascot CampusThe Senior Business Analyst role bridges the gap between our Technology and Business teams. You will work on projects within the Airline Experience or Digital & B2C Technology domains, managing the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to functional needs and user training activities. This position will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across Qantas' business and technology domains, supporting key projects for our operation centres and airports.You'll HaveMinimum 5 years' experience working in a business analyst or similar roleStrong stakeholder engagement and management skillsExperience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent documentation skillsExperience working on and delivering successful outcomes in large-scale IT project initiatives.Experience working on large-scale and complex business environmentsProven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with modern delivery frameworks including scrum, Kanban, lean, HCD, test automation and othersAviation or airports experience is desirableExperience working with B2C/CRM systems & contact centre technologies desirable i.e. Salesforce, Genesys.Familiarity with contact centre operations advantageous.Experience with emerging technologies & integrations desirable i.e. AI, chat bot, API'sQantas is an Equal Opportunity Employer, so by coming to work for us, you'll be part of an organisation that encourages diversity, supports charities and environmental initiatives.
