This phase seeks to enhance future customer experiences while decommissioning legacy systems.
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with proven expertise in Salesforce CRM implementations, particularly within Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM implementation.Define and validate solutions aligned with program objectives, focusing on Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud capabilities.Support legacy system decommissioning by mapping processes and ensuring smooth data migration and integration.Assist in change management, including training and support to end-users for new processes and tools.Skills and Experience:Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in CRM implementation projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce.In-depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud functionalities.Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.Experience in government digital transformation projects is highly desirable.If you are passionate about leveraging your expertise in Salesforce CRM to create impactful solutions and drive digital transformation, we would love to hear from you!
