Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeOur client, a leader in the life insurance space, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work across their workflow and portal project. You will drive business decisions and be a key player in innovation.The role will include:Drive scope prioritisation and facilitate business decision-making processes.Partner with teams to clarify objectives, define requirements, and propose effective solutions.Apply analytical methodologies to uncover root causes and design solutions aligned with business goals.Convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements, collaborating with management and vendors on delivery plans.Evaluate and approve functional specifications from external vendors to ensure alignment with business and system requirements.Support quality assurance efforts to verify that solutions meet business expectations.Collaborate with teams to implement business solutions.You will need:Extensive experience working across life insurance and claims projects essential.Proven experience in implementing and rolling out digital and workflow solutions.Skilled in working within small, agile teams.Proficient in MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access, with a solid understanding of SQL Server and other analytical tools.Strong negotiation abilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Results-driven with a focus on achieving successful outcomes.Expertise in business requirements analysis, documentation, problem-solving, process evaluation, costing, design, and implementation.If you are an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, please hit 'apply now'.
