Reporting to the Head of Business Analysis and working closely with stakeholders, you'll lead the charge in early discovery, business process modeling, and capability analysis. As the program scales, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic HR transformations.DUTIESConduct early discovery and high-level business process analysis.Model processes using BPMN tools like ARIS or similar.Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, payroll, and People & Culture.Analyze and align people, processes, and technology for optimal outcomes.Build strong relationships to gather requirements and drive change.Develop artefacts and deliverables to support program goals.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEProven expertise in business process modeling (BPMN essential).Strong understanding of BA fundamentals, artefact creation, and delivery.Background in HR or payroll transformations highly regarded.Ability to navigate strategic analysis and communicate effectively.Experience in varied industries, demonstrating adaptability.Professional certifications (CBAP or similar) highly valued.CULTUREPeople thrive here because of the professional yet collaborative culture, where continuous learning and initiative are celebrated.
