As a Senior Business Analyst, you will join the Business & Wealth, Chief Data Office to support various business initiatives and projects. In this position, you will be supporting initiatives related to UNITE, which is our business-led, tech-enabled transformation. Through this work, Westpac will be delivering simplification and benefits for our customers, employees, and shareholders.What you'll be responsible forIdentify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis.Execution and Project Management: Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization's goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights.Skills you'll needCompares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.Decision Making: Considers the costs and benefits of potential actions and determines the most appropriate one.Problem Solving: Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.
