We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a large financial organisation in Sydney.
You will join the Data Change team, supporting project delivery for our Trade Data initiative.
We provide data solutions, facilitate effective data management through new platforms, and automate system flows within our Commodities and Global Markets Group.

What role will you play Our established program team solely focuses on delivering transformational change to manage and uplift controls within the Commodities and Global Markets business.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis for a stream of work and shape the direction of that stream as it aligns to the program's vision.
Specifically, you will be working with the business and technology stakeholders to document and uplift controls for our trade capture system, as part of a critical regulatory initiative.
In this role, you will be covering areas as broad as technology, operating model and data while navigating a breadth of stakeholders from multiple groups and divisions.
What you offer · 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated experience in documenting and uplifting controls · Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders · Proficient in analysing and making sense of data to inform risk-based decisions · Financial Services experience within the Global Trading space, About Commodities and Global Markets In Commodities and Global Markets you will be part of a global business offering capital and financing, risk management, market access, physical execution and logistics solutions to a diverse client base.
