Location: Open to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide & Melbourne How will I help? Lifecycle & Experience Village is focused on retention, engagement, and depth of relationship with existing Consumer & Business customers. As a Senior BA, your role is crucial in the design and development of strategy for transformation initiatives across Cash & Transactional Banking (CTB).
You will have a strong understanding of digital applications, customer experience, technology, and payments trends. Experienced in supporting Senior Managers in delivering work streams for larger transformation initiatives, you will develop initiatives to existing GTM or service delivery functions. Providing compelling cases to Senior Stakeholders/leaders to understand issues, customer pain points, and provide solutions for delivery within CTB.
Key Responsibilities :
Leading the achievement of Westpac's strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and systems. Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs including functional, non-functional, and data requirements. Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy, and/or information that support Westpac to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value. Developing process mapping and analysis, story maps or experience maps, and completing target solution gap analysis. Providing coaching and mentoring across the team where required. What do I need? Experienced in business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, system functional/non-functional analysis, and business case preparation experience. Major end-to-end business process re-engineering or business transformation initiative know-how. Major delivery projects proficiency, ensuring solutions enable business processes to deliver the desired business outcomes and value. Facilitation of business solution workshops involving participants from senior management to business users. A strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally. Strong knowledge and experience in Agile project methodologies. Coaching & mentoring skills. What's in it for me?
