The Role The Senior Business Analyst within the Digital and Cloud team will work and deliver on new and transformative digital applications providing our users with an enhanced experience.
You will be highly visible across the business and critical to the success of the future projects roadmap.

The Senior Business Analyst will apply the latest techniques within the context of our customers and business, to improve customer experience and drive returns.
This role will require you to:
Work with product owners to understand business needs and contribute towards the formulation of API specifications and integration solutions, with solution architects and lead developers.Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies.Write user stories, epics, and functional specifications.Work closely with software developers to ensure that business requirements are understood, and that all the relevant details are included in the user story.Ensure that appropriate documentation is created and updated at all stages of the project.Assist in the preparation of business cases and project evaluation activities.Process mapping (current and future state) and identifying opportunities for process improvements.Support the design, development, and delivery of the change management plan.Lead business requirements gathering and process design workshops.Your Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications, combined with a software development background, including technical knowledge and understanding is critical.
Agile or traditional certifications, along with commercial acumen, business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools are essential.

You will be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
