Role Details
The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the ICT and Information Management team on a full-time term basis.
The role is responsible for:
Planning and leading business analysis functions to improve business processes and systemsCollaborating with key stakeholders to drive changes within systems and business processes to ensure quality project outcomesUndertaking high level research and analysis of business systems, organisational data and requirements to ensure continuous improvement in business performancePreparing business analysis documentation which include business necessities, functional specifications and process maps to accurately encapsulate business requirementsAbout You
To be successful in the role you will have experience in working with complex systems and business processes and can apply modern project and quality management concepts and techniques to drive quality outcomes.
You will have demonstrated ability in developing effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders through your high level of written and verbal communication.
If you can work under broad direction and analyse complex business information, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to complete high volumes of work within proposed timeframes, then this may be the ideal role for you.
