Your new role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with significant experience in digital banking or who has experience with working on a significant application.
This role has arisen due to an unexpected leave, and we need a skilled contractor to step in and ensure the seamless delivery of a digital banking platform.
You will be instrumental in gathering requirements and driving the delivery of this advanced digital banking application, which is currently in full swing with several phases of delivery still to come.

Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the digital banking platform.Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of new features and enhancements to the digital banking application, ensuring they meet business needs and deadlines.Agile Methodology: Work within an agile delivery model, participating in fortnightly sprints and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal colleagues and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the project.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to the delivery schedule.What you'll need to succeed Experience: Significant experience as a Business Analyst in the digital banking sector or with a proven track record of working on successful applications.Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with digital banking platforms, ideally with experience in Backbase.Agile Expertise: Strong understanding and experience in agile delivery models, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and address issues proactively.What you'll get in return
