Job Description Analyse Workday functional requirements and map processes. Enage with front line team leads to gather requirements and map out enterprise agreements. Provide input into rebuilding the Job Framework. Lead data cleansing of Human Capital Management, Suppliers and Customers streams. Identify and report on data. quality issues and define data cleansing strategy. The Successful Applicant Demonstrated experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience with Workday HCM (desirable). Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. Data analysis, mapping and modelling experience. Previous Consultancy experience (highly desible).
