We are seeking a proactive and visionary Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract to drive our digital transformation initiatives for our amazing Environment and Regulation Team. Guided by our Values , Your Responsibilities Will Include: Strategic Analysis and Leadership: You will spearhead the analysis of business processes within our Environment and Regulation group, focusing on Compliance Services, Development Control, and more. Your strategic insights will guide the digital transformation, improving service productivity and customer experiences. Technology Integration: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that enhance our operational efficiencies and service delivery. You will be pivotal in documenting and recommending technological solutions and future processes that align with our council's long-term goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions meet the diverse needs of our community. Your role will be crucial in understanding field staff needs and driving technology initiatives that cater to these requirements. Project Management and Implementation: Lead the planning for adoption of new technologies and manage the rollout of these systems to ensure smooth transitions and effective adoption. Expertise in Digital Transformation: You possess a robust track record in leading significant digital transformation projects, demonstrating your capability to manage complex technology integrations and system improvements. Analytical and Strategic Skills: Your strong analytical abilities enable you to dissect complex problems and produce actionable insights. You excel in strategic planning, ensuring alignment with both immediate and long-term business objectives. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: With your excellent communication skills, you articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders, from field teams to technology experts, product vendors and senior managers. Change Management: You are experienced in managing change, capable of guiding and supporting teams through the transition processes, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and minimizing resistance.
