As a Business Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future by facilitating discussions, gathering insights, and mapping processes across all levels—from call centre staff to field teams and executive leadership.
You'll ensure a seamless transformation of the organisational landscape, integrating people, processes, and technology into a cohesive vision.
What you will bring to the role Your proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Architect in transformation projects Your experience with human-centred design thinking Your expertise in process mapping for operational efficiency Your experience with change management Your ability to translate complex workflows into clear documentation Your experience with Agile and Waterfall Your experience with Visio and/or Power Bi Your experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent Ideally, your professional experience would be backed up with industry certifications (e.g.
CBAP, CCBA) Your collaborative mindset, with a natural curiosity to understand and improve how people, systems, and operations interact.
Your ability to create a safe space for robust discussions, navigating complex dynamics with confidence and diplomacy.
Your background in building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, listening actively and bringing together perspectives to identify opportunities for improvement.
Your experience in acting as the critical link between operational realities and strategic objectives, connecting high-level concepts with practical implementation.
Your prior experience working in the community services industry would be advantageous- aged care, disability care, family services, mental health, housing, youth, rehabilitation, health, etc.
