Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with external software companies to gather requirements for necessary changes in their software.Creation of Functional Requirements Specifications: Develop detailed specifications to guide software changes.Your field of expertise will be crucial as they tackle various store-facing challenges, including but not limited to loyalty programs, point-of-sale systems, product and pricing adjustments, inventory management, goods inward processes, cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Your ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels is paramount. You'll interface with store staff, management, retail systems help desk teams, and software vendors' development teams, influencing and communicating effectively to drive successful outcomes.

In addition to specific field expertise, they are looking for candidates with the following general business analyst skills:
