You will be responsible for undertaking activities to support IT Projects to correctly action, record and implement requirements, together will producing the necessary accompanying documentation. Y ou 'll work closely with the business to map end-to-end business processes using customer journey maps, empathy mapping and business process modelling notation. You'll determine the current state, frame problem statements, and help to design the future state – clearly articulating the value and benefits the change can deliver to the business.Use your exceptional relationship building skillset to connect with your stakeholders and grow your knowledge of portfolio outcomes, and your highly developed time management skillset makes running multiple end-to-end projects a breeze .You are someone who has gained experience either in a technology domain or other industry and understand how IT capabilities can enable and support an organisation's overall strategy.Key skills and experienceAs a Senior Business Analyst, you'll have led and balanced multiple end-to-end IT / business change projects and can effectively partner and influence internal stakeholders.
