We are looking for self-driven Senior Business Analysts to play a critical role in bridging the gap between business strategy and technology solutions. You'll collaborate closely with business units to identify capabilities needed to address challenges and drive efficiency and collaborate with the digital organisation to achieve success.
With a Hybrid split (Office/WFH) , this role is based in Southbank and is part of the Digital Business Enablement team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
Review end-to-end business processes to identify operational, financial and technological risks and propose solutions to mitigate identified risks Incorporate strategic analysis activities, such as planning inter-related initiatives, helping stakeholders make informed decisions Lead small to mid-size projects or assist on larger, complex projects Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and develop requirement traceability documents Ensure efficient project delivery, manage schedules, and maintain stakeholder communication Analyse business and systems processes at a complex level Recommend process improvements, re-engineering, and integration of new systems Develop testing scenarios, test cases and test scripts to be utilised by the testing streams Develop documentation that supports and clearly articulates the understanding and proposed solution to complex Digital topics Be adaptive to changes and innovations in the digital landscape that can help us grow our network and support the energy transition
You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
Demonstrated experience leading. influencing and working with senior stakeholders and teams across different levels Demonstrated experience at a senior Business Analyst level Experience within the Utilities Industry Relevant tertiary qualification in Technology and Business Demonstrated management of projects from conception to implementation and realisation of objectives Proven experience in the preparation of capturing business requirements and processes as they relate to projects Extensive knowledge of key market drivers, industry players and latest developments within energy markets
