About the Role This new role will drive strategic initiatives within the Technology team, enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and supporting business growth across the hospitality and property sectors through collaborative project delivery, analytical insights, and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvementDevelop outcome based prioritised business requirements, process workflows, end to end user journey mapping, use cases, and functional specificationsCollaborate with stakeholders across departments, including Tourism, Lifestyle, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goalsUtilise data visualisation tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholdersFacilitate workshops and meetings to identify pain points and drive change initiativesLead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance with relevant regulations and timelinesAbout You: Extensive experience in business analysis within the property or real estate sectorProven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget as a lean delivery leadStrong background in technology and data projectsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersGood documentation skills and experience in user support and change management tasks of a technical natureProficiency in project management methodologies (Agile) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, MS Dynamics, Estate Master, JD)Familiarity with property management software and real estate market dynamics is a plusCulture and Benefits In return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks... so come join the team and apply now!
