Role Title: Senior Business Analyst Sector: NSW Government Contract Duration: ASAP - Until 30/06/2025 Rate: $100 per hour + Super Location: Rhodes or Wollongong NSW (1 day per week in office) Talenza are supporting a NSW Government agency on a new Senior Business Analyst opportunity to join a large digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Mapping: Analyse, map, and optimise existing business processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements to align with strategic objectives.Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.Solution Delivery: Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.About You:
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation projects.Strong skills in eliciting and documenting business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.Hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases, defect management, and quality assurance.Proven experience working in a highly agile environmentProficient with tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.Note: This role requires to be based in Wollongong 1 day per month.
