What you'll do We are looking for an experienced, mature, energetic, high EQ and tenacious person who can work effectively with different personalities and someone who thrives when faced with ambiguity. The Senior Business Analyst is essential to enabling a great customer and employee experience, with the goal of exceeding Equifax customer expectations. You will also be accountable for end to end Business Analysis tasks associated with both customer deliveries and internal transformation programmes of work.
You will be responsible for preparing BA deliverables within an agile delivery framework and conducting/leading workshops to explain technical and functional specifications with subject matter experts in the planning stage of projects. You will be working with Product/Tech Leads in the development of estimates, delivery schedules/PI planning and other project dependencies to ensure timely customer deliveries.

What are we looking for? 7+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years in a senior position.Proven experience as a Senior BA in a client industry with SME knowledge of credit processes /credit reporting.Experience working on technology projects, in particular having proven experience in agile delivery.Exceptional facilitation skills including experience facilitating online workshops and large groups from all levels of the organisation.Stakeholder engagement and management at all levels of the organisation.Experience preparing content and presenting to senior leaders.Strong creative, conceptual thinking, negotiation skills and problem solving skills.Great influencer and adaptable to a changing environment.Hands on in Google Suite, Office Software, Confluence and Jira.Ability to take initiatives to set up regular connections with key stakeholders.A critical thinker who is able to break down problems and big ideas into actionable projects and tasks.Experience performing data analysis on large datasets and working on cloud based solutions.What could set you apart?
