About the role Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, this is a pivotal role in driving innovation, optimising processes and fostering collaboration across our global wine-making organisation.
You will lead our efforts in translating business needs into actionable technology solutions, enabling us to remain at the forefront of the industry.
The role will have a strong focus on collaboration, partnering, ideation, cross-functional facilitation and prioritisation.
Note this is a 12-month contract role based in Melbourne.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefining project scope, deliverables, and success criteria that support business goals in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders across supply, finance and shared services.Lead the process of ideation to scope, ensuring that high-potential ideas are precisely defined, aligned with business objectives, and poised for transformative impact.Serve as a bridge between business units and technology teams, adeptly translating requirements and ensuring clear communication to guide the successful implementation of scoped projects.Assisting with preparing any defined project documentation required to support the TWE project funding approval process i.e.
Business Case, Cost Benefit Analysis and CER documents.About you We are searching for a commercially astute BA professional who ideally brings applications experience in the Oracle/JDE space.
You will be able to build effective relationships with a broad stakeholder group quickly and will feel at ease delivering in a hands-on and ambiguous environment.
