The Digital Transformation Program will establish new digital experiences, foundational capabilities and strategic enablers that will benefit the entire organisation, and all our customers for many years to come.
Our Unified Digital Experience encompasses an ecosystem of new Digital Experiences for Tennis Australia audiences across web and mobile browsers, plus a suite of interconnected mobile apps.
This includes a new tennis.com.au that caters to all customer types and is rich in product, service, and content.
This will make it easier and more enjoyable for our many customers to find, play, watch, attend and deliver Tennis.

About the role As an experienced Senior Business Analyst, you will analyse and understand user experience gathered through the Discovery phase and translate it into detailed, actionable, and maintainable user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, along with acceptance criteria and map the 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes.
Your CMS (AEM specific) and related integration knowledge is critical to this role and your expertise in cultivating a collaborative environment and empowering them to clearly interpret aspirational customer journeys, effectively translating those insights into actionable understanding for both business stakeholders and vendors.
You will support the implementation of Adobe Experience products, including Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Adobe Digital Asset Manager, including related activities such as content migration, RBAC and workflows, data mapping, domain Management and decommissioning.
Also, you will help identify and address project Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID).
Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Product Owners, vendors and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise CMS best practices.Translate business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage stakeholder approvals.Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs, workflows, and customer journeys within the CMS and (where relevant) across to related platforms.Work with development and design teams to ensure that CMS solutions align with UX/UI best practices and brand guidelines.Assist in managing the product backlog, prioritising features, and ensuring stories are 'sprint-ready.
'Collaborate on content migration, authoring requirements, and workflows in AEM to optimise content lifecycle and management processes.Identify, assess, and document risks, dependencies, and potential challenges related to CMS and AEM requirements.Monitor and analyse CMS project metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve process efficiency. In this role, you will: Business: Establish strong working relationships with various business areas to understand their objectives and needs.
Ability to align business requirements with Tennis Australia's vision and priorities.Assist in the creation of business cases as needed.Participate in discovery activities to ensure we understand and are solving the right problem. Process and Thought Leadership: Proactively and as part of the strategic direction, identify opportunities to improve business and technical processes.
Provide a positive contribution to the constant evolution of Business Analysis within the business.Adhere to existing internal and vendor processes. Delivery Framework: Development of all appropriate and necessary documentation based on business needs.
Manage, advise, and negotiate changes to requirements as part of a structured and consistent business approach.Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder gathering sessions, and various agile ceremonies as required (e.g., ideation, and refinement sessions).Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as planning, refinement, retro, stand-ups, and showcases. Project Management: Provide project management support on the development items assigned by the Lead Business Analyst.

What you will bring to the role: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment (experience with Scrum or SAFe highly desirable).Experience working collaboratively in cross-discipline teams on complex digital projects.Experience producing artifacts such as epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.Experience using JIRA and Confluence desirable.Strong facilitation skills – you can confidently and effectively conduct workshops with various stakeholders, including those at an executive level.You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
