The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of business requirements throughout the implementation of the SuccessFactors project with a focus on implementing Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules.
You will be responsible for: Gather requirements from the business pertaining to the SuccessFactors implementation Development of As-Is and Future State HR processes Propose practical solutions to problems in a clear, fit for purpose manner Assist with system deployment including UAT, change management and training Provide opportunities for process improvement within and across the environment You will have: Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst Demonstrated experience with HRIS and SuccessFactors including implementing, re-implementing and user training Experience with project implementing Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Critical thinking skills with the ability to gather, review, analyse information from relevant sources to support the delivery of the project #J-18808-Ljbffr
