Contract/Temp Add expected salary to your profile for insights Government Department - Contract until end of October 2025CBD Location/working from homeScope out requirements for a SuccessFactors ImplementationThe RoleThe Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of business requirements throughout the implementation of the SuccessFactors project with a focus on implementing Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules.You will be responsible for:Gather requirements from the business pertaining to the SuccessFactors implementationDevelopment of As-Is and Future State HR processesPropose practical solutions to problems in a clear, fit for purpose mannerAssist with system deployment including UAT, change management and trainingProvide opportunities for process improvement within and across the environmentYou will have:Extensive experience as a Senior Business AnalystDemonstrated experience with HRIS and SuccessFactors including implementing, re-implementing and user trainingExperience with project implementing Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules.Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsCritical thinking skills with the ability to gather, review, analyse information from relevant sources to support the delivery of the project
