Senior Business Analyst
Support the business in discovery, eliciting requirements and translating these customer insights into user stories for development.
This role collaborates with key stakeholders to define and document required artefacts and build alignment across the team.
As Senior Business Analyst, you will Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions (e.g.
customer-centric view of product development).Plans & Aligns: Planning and prioritising commitments aligned with organisational goals (e.g.
prioritization of product development process).Decision Quality: Making good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward.Situational Adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations. What you will bring Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving problems creatively across a variety of situations.Customer Focused Approach: Putting the customer problem first to better understand the needs and preferences of existing and future customers.Product Design & Development: Knowledge of product features and an ability to design and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.Requirements Analysis: Ability to elicit, analyse and record required business functional and non-functional requirements.
Strong experience as a Business Analyst.Group Facilitation: Ability to design and facilitate a group process, elicit contributions from group members, stimulate a focused group discussion, and achieve a desired outcome.Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of the principles, components and features of agile methodology; and an ability to apply this methodology to manage development processes.Initiative Justification: Ability to justify expenditures by identifying cost, benefits, ROI, opportunities, and risks; knowledge of desirability, viability and feasibility concepts.
