PM-Partners is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to assist our Water Utilities client with migration to a new CRM system that will be used to manage long term land development projects.
A Tender is to go out to market for a systems integrator or delivery partner for the development of the already selected platform and we are looking for someone to lead the business requirements used for the upcoming (RFT) tender.
In this role, you will utilise your senior all-round BA skills to elicit and develop requirements using user stories (agile expertise required), you will then take these completed requirements to the business to be approved and work to have these signed off by the business.
You will be supported in this role by 2 process leads, 1 Salesforce BA/SME and 1 service designer.
Location: 1 - 2 days on-site (Mitcham Office) with strong WFH flexibility
Duration: ASAP Start 6 Month Contract
Daily Rate: $850 - $950 including super
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following: 5+ years proven experience in delivery as a Senior Business / Functional AnalystBusiness Analysis team leadership experience (highly desirable)Experience working within water utilities and or water authorities is highly desirableExperience in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project delivery as a Business Analyst (certifications preferred)sGood working knowledge of Salesforce and experience with Salesforce integration activitiesProven experience in delivering discovery / current state analysis.Experience and skills in designing business process map'sExperience defining detailed business problem statements, including business needs and impacts.Experience in System Solution and Integration analytical experienceExperience with negotiating with users, technical staff and product owners to achieve desired outcomes.Strong demonstrated ability to lead workshops and work directly with solution stakeholdersStrong skills and experience with documenting business requirements and functional design through user stories, wireframes, screen mockups, etc.Work directly with and between stakeholders and solution development teams for requirements elicitation and refinement.Proven ability to lead the development of functional requirements, specifications, use cases, and business rules etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsIndustry standard BA and Project methodology certifications are highly desiredWhat we can offer you: Culture: A fun, fast paced, collaborative delivery environment
